You can pay with us using the following payment methods:
iDEAL, Klarna, Credit Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Bancontact, Bank Payments, Sofort, EPS, Giropay, KBC Payment Button, Belfius, Przelewy24, CartaSi.
We offer the option to pay using the Klarna payment method only upon receipt of the products . Unfortunately, another form of 'on account' purchase is not possible with us.
Please note: our system will automatically send you an invoice in PDF format by email after your order in our webshop. There is no account number on this invoice, to avoid a misunderstanding and you would pay the invoice again by means of a transfer, for example. After all, you have already paid for the order.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship to almost every country in the European Union and some outside.
All open orders are shipped as soon as possible, but as almost all of the products we sell are custom made, we cannot guarantee same-day dispatch of your order. Orders are sent by us via PostNL. You will always receive a track and trace code from us to track your shipment. Naturally, we will keep you informed of the status of your order (by email). The items are shipped in letterbox boxes and larger boxes depending on the size of the items.
